A detailed itinerary will be shared after registration.
We’ll travel through three amazing Italian cities: Milan, Bologna, and Riccione. Each stop includes curated experiences like cultural tours, factory visits, and group meals, all tailored to showcase the best of Italian culture and Ducati passion.
Yes, all travelers are responsible for booking their own airfare. A recommended group flight will be provided for those who wish to travel together, but you’re welcome to choose your own itinerary. If you book a different flight, please ensure you arrive in Milan on June 27th before 3:00 PM so you can join the group transfer and scheduled activities.
We are planning for a small group of 15–30 people to keep the experience personal and well-managed. This size allows us to enjoy group events without sacrificing flexibility or comfort. If the interest is over 30, additional travelers will be waitlisted. There will be a max cap of 34 people.
Absolutely! Solo travelers are more than welcome and often make up a large portion of our groups. You can opt for a private room (additional cost) or be paired with another solo traveler of the same gender.
Yes! We’ll offer guidance on optional travel extensions to places like Florence, Venice, or Rome. Whether you want to stay longer in Italy or travel elsewhere in Europe, we can help with suggestions and train routes.
A non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve your spot. The full payment schedule and cancellation terms will be clearly outlined before booking. We also recommend purchasing travel insurance for added flexibility and protection.
Yes, a trip host will accompany the group throughout the journey. In some cities, local guides will join us for specific activities or tours to provide expert insight and interpretation.
Expect moderate walking during tours and city exploration. Comfortable footwear is essential, especially on cobblestone streets. Those with mobility concerns should contact us to discuss the itinerary, as this might be a challenge.
Most travelers are ages 20–60, but all adults and children (14+) are welcome. Some are solo riders, others come with friends or spouses. Everyone shares a love for travel, culture, or Ducati — no riding required!
U.S. and Canadian passport holders do not need a visa for stays under 90 days in Italy. Just make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.
From 2026, citizens of eligible countries need to apply for the ETIAS Italy before travelling to the country. The ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorisation System) will be introduced by the European Union for all Schengen area member countries.
The ETIAS requirements for Italy will require previously visa-exempt citizens to complete an online ETIAS Italy application prior to their trip.

Italy uses the euro (€). Credit cards are widely accepted (especially Visa and Mastercard), but having some cash for small vendors, tips, or taxis is recommended. ATMs are easy to find.
Tipping in Italy is not required and often already included. Most restaurants add a small service charge (coperto) to the bill, and staff are paid fair wages — so tipping is modest and entirely optional. That said, if you receive exceptional service, it’s common to round up the bill or leave a couple of euros. For private guides or drivers, a small tip is appreciated but not expected. If you don’t tip, it’s perfectly normal — no one will take offense.
Yes, Wi-Fi is included at all accommodations. Speeds may vary, but you’ll have internet access for communication, maps, or sharing your travel highlights.
Yes! Motorcycle rentals are available for licensed riders. You’ll need to bring your home country license and obtain an International Driving Permit (IDP). A helmet is also required (you can bring your own or rent one). We’ll help guide you through the process. Rentals will be limited and are booked thorugh a separate provider.
Not at all! Riding is optional. Whether you’re a motorcycle enthusiast, a traveler interested in Italian culture, or just looking for a great group experience — you’re welcome.
