Optional 5-Day Motorcycle Rental
Want to experience Italy on two wheels? Riders have the option to rent a motorcycle for the duration of WDW 2026, giving you the freedom to explore Misano, the countryside, and beyond at your own pace. A valid motorcycle license is required, along with an International Driving Permit (IDP) endorsed for motorcycles. Riders must also bring their own DOT or ECE-certified helmet. Rental options, “ONLY” include Ducati models, are available upon request and can be reserved in advance. Availability is limited — reserve early!

Please indicate if you have a roommate preference. Solo travelers in Double Occupancy will be paired up with another traveler in two twin bed rooms. Couples traveling have first preference for one queen bed rooms. Solo travelers in Single Occupancy will be placed in full/queen/king rooms based on availability.
To guarantee all activities have availability please pay first payment by April 1st, 2026. If attractions are sold out, best efforts will be made to find additional tours or tour times.
Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. To provide flexibility while also ensuring we can secure your spot, our refund policy is as follows:
- Full Refund: You may cancel for a full refund within 3 days of your initial payment.
- Non-Refundable Deposit: After the 3-day window, the $1,000 deposit becomes non-refundable, as it is used to secure your accommodations, activities, and logistics.
- Remaining Balance: Any amount paid beyond the deposit may be refunded upon cancellation, depending on the timing and commitments already made on your behalf. We will make every effort to recover and refund remaining amounts when possible, but full refunds beyond the 3-day period are not guaranteed.
- Last Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made within 28 days of departure are non-refundable. (Last date to cancel is Friday May 28, 2026)

We’ll travel through three amazing Italian cities: Milan, Bologna, and Riccione. Each stop includes curated experiences like cultural tours, factory visits, and group meals, all tailored to showcase the best of Italian culture and Ducati passion.
Can I book my own airfare and meet the group in Italy?
Yes, all travelers are responsible for booking their own airfare. A recommended group flight will be provided for those who wish to travel together, but you’re welcome to choose your own itinerary. If you book a different flight, please ensure you arrive in Milan on June 27th before 3:00 PM so you can join the group transfer and scheduled activities.
How many people will be on the trip?
We are planning for a small group of 15–30 people to keep the experience personal and well-managed. This size allows us to enjoy group events without sacrificing flexibility or comfort. If the interest is over 30, additional travelers will be waitlisted. There will be a max cap of 34 people.
Is this trip suitable for solo travelers?
Absolutely! Solo travelers are more than welcome and often make up a large portion of our groups. You can opt for a private room (additional cost) or be paired with another solo traveler of the same gender.
Can I extend my trip before or after the group itinerary?

What is the payment schedule and cancellation policy?
A non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve your spot. The full payment schedule and cancellation terms will be clearly outlined before booking. We also recommend purchasing travel insurance for added flexibility and protection.
Will there be a tour guide with the group the entire time?
Yes, a trip host will accompany the group throughout the journey. In some cities, local guides will join us for specific activities or tours to provide expert insight and interpretation.
How much walking is involved each day?
Expect moderate walking during tours and city exploration. Comfortable footwear is essential, especially on cobblestone streets. Those with mobility concerns should contact us to discuss the itinerary, as this might be a challenge.
What’s the group age range or typical traveler profile?
Most travelers are ages 20–60, but all adults and children (14+) are welcome. Some are solo riders, others come with friends or spouses. Everyone shares a love for travel, culture, or Ducati — no riding required!
What language will tours and activities be conducted in?
Do I need a visa to travel to Italy?
U.S. and Canadian passport holders do not need a visa for stays under 90 days in Italy. Just make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.
From 2026, citizens of eligible countries need to apply for the ETIAS Italy before travelling to the country. The ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorisation System) will be introduced by the European Union for all Schengen area member countries.
The ETIAS requirements for Italy will require previously visa-exempt citizens to complete an online ETIAS Italy application prior to their trip.

We offer single occupancy (private room for one traveler) and double occupancy (shared room with one other person). You can request a roommate or share with someone you’re traveling with. Family rooms are also available by request and can accommodate three people in one room — perfect for families traveling together. Just let us know your preference when booking.

Yes! While many experiences are planned, we’ve intentionally built in free time so you can relax, explore at your own pace, or enjoy spontaneous adventures. Each city offers opportunities to shop, dine, or discover on your own.
Are all group activities mandatory?
No — group activities are optional. You’re encouraged to join as many as you’d like, but if you’d prefer a quiet afternoon or personal excursion, you’re free to do so.
Are vegetarian or special dietary needs accommodated?
Absolutely. We do our best to accommodate vegetarian, gluten-free, and other dietary restrictions. Please share your needs when registering so we can notify the hotels and plan accordingly.
What type of hotels will we stay in?
We’ll stay in clean, comfortable 3–4 star hotels located in the heart of each city or town. All accommodations include breakfast and are chosen for their location, charm, and group accessibility — not beachfront, but conveniently placed.
Is travel insurance required?
We strongly recommend travel insurance. While not required, it protects your investment in case of illness, travel delays, or unexpected changes. You’re welcome to use any reputable provider — or conveniently add coverage as part of your travel package with us.
Will I need to exchange currency or can I use credit cards?
Italy uses the euro (€). Credit cards are widely accepted (especially Visa and Mastercard), but having some cash for small vendors, tips, or taxis is recommended. ATMs are easy to find.
Is tipping expected in Italy?
